Follow the simple rule of three.  Sometimes less is more.  It's true you can always add more essential oils and herbs and build on these simple formulas.  Start with 1/2 oz of any carrier oil of choice.  Add 3 drops of 3 essential oils.  Let’s start with my favorites:
